Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds
Items are eligible for a refund if returned within 15 days of receipt.
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item is returned safely.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to accommodate your request within 15 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original item. Sole Inspired will cover the cost to ship the exchanged item back to you.
Exceptions
Downloadable/Printable Items: Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable or printable items are non-refundable.
Wholesale Orders: This refund and exchange policy does not apply to wholesale purchases. Please contact us directly for any concerns regarding wholesale orders.
Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Email us at info@soleinspiredinc.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the request.
We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
